Carla was warm informative and very gentle. I was very comfortable and felt heard she is the best I have ever come across.
The staff are great at the Village QML , but the opening hours are extremely frustrating and disappointing. I have visited on the last two Saturdays along with many other people. The centre was closed, no staff attended, (there was a sign on the door last Saturday). Today a relative has taken the day off for a test that was arranged there and arrived to find it closed again.
First time coming here. Found the ladies very helpful and made you feel at ease.
