One of the most basic expectations in healthcare is providing clear information about costs and out-of-pocket expenses. When I asked about the out-of-pocket cost under Medicare, I was told that the staff member did not have access to the costs and could not provide this information. I went with my mom for her blood tests. The worker was very rude today. She was already nervous about the needles. Normally the staff wasn't like that.
The lady at service was exceptionally professional and really courteous. The process was quick and pain free.
I went to the qml Kelvin Grove .The Asian lady was so rude and not responding properly and i told to cancel the test and don't send report to the doctor .but she send the test .she got sign for taking payment for B12 .So im not responsible for any payment.very bad experience from qml pathology.
