Qml pathology staff is so rude here . Can't believe short hair fat lady speaks like this to patients
Disappointing customer service.. The collecter is rude and always angry. I have come to this please on more than 15 occasions and my experience has always been the same 'horrible'. Don't come here if you want to be treated with respect. The collecter doesn't have empathy and is Incompetent to do her job. She should frankly do something else if she is so angry why ruin people's day with your stupid attitude.
