Loganlea QLM person was rude & I will be tending the Waterford office. Being a collector is also part of the customer service industry, if you can't be respectful to clients & use a respectful tone, then learn a new skill & get out of the industry that requires you to interact with customers, felt uncomfortable from the time I arrived

Lovely lady
I got my test done on Friday 19th of September 2025 at 3:50pm at loganlea medical centre. I told the kind lady that I faint at times of blood test. And she took such good care of me. She lay me down gave me water wiped my face and was patient with me throughout the whole procedure and make sure I was fine before anything thank you to her and god bless her
