The collection centre is a little tucked away, but I've always had lovely polite service from the lady who works there. She's great at finding veins, which is always a bonus.
My wife went there a week later and experienced exactly the same thing ,we've both found another qml at forest lake they were fantastic.
Been going here for several years and never had a problem until today 30/4 /2026 ,got there at 5.50 am to wait sign on door says open 6am by this time another 3 people turned up by 6.30 I decided to check my phone just to find out they changed the hours to 7.30 ,they obviously dont care about their patients won't be going back there again.
