Nice staff with professional skills
I have had approximately six blood draws over the past two months, many at this clinic. Unfortunately, this blood draw with Juvilyn/Juvy was the most painful experience I have had. During the appointment, I did not observe hand hygiene before the procedure. Gloves were put on only immediately before needle insertion, after equipment preparation and skin cleansing had already taken place. This raised concerns for me regarding infection control practices. Lady who performed my collection was friendly and able to easily collect blood where many others have struggled. Opens early which is convenient for fasting tests. There was a short wait due to the number of people but the test was performed efficiently without feeling rushed at all and able to have a bit of a chat while it was happening.
