Karen was absolutely wonderful. I have very small veins, which makes it very difficult to find the right spot. Before coming here, I had visited two different collection centres and was unsuccessfully attempted five times without being able to collect any blood. Karen managed to get it on the very first attempt! Her technique and professionalism are exceptional. She made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. I am extremely grateful for her care and expertise.
Great place to have your blood taken. Very pleasant
I arrived a little before 8am to hopefully beat the rush. There was one person being attended, one in the waiting area then me. Bree was very lovely, quiet, calm and thorough in her approach. She seemed very experienced in her role. This is always my Go-To QML Pathology. Always recommend them with not one person being dissatisfied. It is lovely to have a place that offers a feel good experience these days
The woman there was very helpfull and was very carefull how she took my blood test.
