I bought my 83 year old Mother in for a blood test this morning and Juliette got my Mother's vein 1st go She is an extra special flobotomist who is very skilled at what she does because the doctors nurses and clinical nurses who used an ultrasound could not get a vein at all at the Gold Coast University Hospital and had to send my Mother home Thank you Juliette QML please cherish Juliette
