Incredibly rude and impatient staff. Had to wait 20 minutes even though I was the only one waiting. When I was attended to, I was met with rude and abrupt answers to my questions about my pathology request. Never go here, this is about the 6th time it has happened to me and my family and Ive had enough. I hope this review finds you well QML. Better to go to Sullivan Nicolaides near the KFC

Called ahead told no appointment needed just to get there before 12pm .I arrive at 10 am and they’re closed . Don’t lie .

Would give 0 stars if I could. Says they’re open, no sign on window saying otherwise, yet I come at 9:15am and doors are locked, no one answering phone and lights on inside the clinic. Really disappointed as I waited 20 mins for them to open the doors again yet nothing.

Not the most pleasant experience compared to another one I used to go to. I didn’t expect to be served immediately but as I was the only person there I didn’t think I’d wait as long. That didn’t bother me as much as the less than friendly, impatient, and curt service. Learning some courtesy and how to smile might help, maybe get a behind the scenes job might solve it too.
