No stars , booked in for a glucose tolerance test for 8:30am while being 28 weeks pregnant waited over an hour and no pathologist at all ! Shop wasn’t opened at all ! So frustrating took time off work for this test and wasted a whole day had to find another pathology that could do the test , no respect for people and their time but your damned if your late for an appointment 🤦🏽♀️ I’d give zero stars if I could
The phlebotomist was very plesant during the entire thirty minute session today - however, because my profile was not in the QML system (don't know why!) it took her that extra time to set it up. When I opened the door to leave I observed a whole sea of faces patiently waiting their turn.
Waited an hour on two seperate occasions last week with only one person in the collection room getting a blood test. Unbelievably slow service since there is a new practitioner.
If you are running late or unable to open the clinic for collection, there needs to be a system to let people know! Even a sign on the door! I had a time sensitive test to be done, but worse was the poor gentleman who's wife is on chemo, dragging the poor lady out of bed to get in and get her bloods taken and then have her wait like that. Not ok!
This is my first time coming here, I live just a stone throw away. It’s a simple little place beautiful environment. The young lady was very friendly and everything was quick and smooth .
