Always fast and friendly staff. Very gentle, hardly feel it.
Friendly, courteous, efficient and extremely experienced. Not long to wait and no pain taking blood.
I had a very disappointing experience with a staff member this afternoon. She was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout our interaction. The door was left open during my appointment and whenever I responded or asked a question, she would huff, shake her head, and speak to me in a demeaning and blunt manner. All in front of another staff member and people listening in from the waiting room. I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
Wonderful service, from initial email enquiry through to the collection process. Very impressed.
