Team members are lovely, however open time are determined on the day. They use a printed paper to inform they are closing early. Really not helpful, especially when you can't call the QML to confirm.
Came here this morning for a GTT test and blood panel after making a booking last week and uploading my referral form, upon arrival I was told it was a private clinic and the referring doctor (a midwife) wasn’t registered for private work so would cost me $400. No notice of this news even though I had uploaded my referral on their online booking site prior as per their request. I took the morning off work for this. Drove over to SNP and they took me in straight away without a booking.
No wait time, professional caring staff.
Excellent service.
Visited the QML collection centre in Colburn Ave Victoria Point today and as usual fast , friendly and professional service. I highly recommend this site
