The worker advised me that I could not use my rule 3 card. Because it had a different pathology name at the top. I rang head office to check and they were very surprised by this poor advice. This place has poor reviews and I am not surprised. Head office said they would tell me the outcome of my complaint.
If i could give zero stars i would. Terrible service from collection to administration. Blood on floor and chair and staff reluctantly cleaned it up. Some tests not advised there was a fee. Other tests not collected and had to go back to have more blood taken. Got phone calls from different staff to go back but no one could make an appointment as staff member could not work out how to do it. Took my friend who I live to qml maroochydore aerodrome rd and the staff went above and beyond. Debbie and Diane were exceptional. Needed a few bloods now and keep coming back.
The ladies were friendly and polite. They took me straight into the back room for the blood collection. The process was quick, efficient, and best of all, painless!
