Very efficient, skilled and caring staff.
Professional services and puts the client first.
Great compassion and professionalism shown by the nurse/collector I engaged with. The practice was clean and tidy. Parking was also not a problem.
Pleasant staff. Very gentle when taking blood.
1hr in and still not seen. 15 people waiting. Seeing 4 per hour. This is 3rd world service. Shocking. Shocking Shocking. 2hrs still not seen. Only seen 6 people in 2hrs. This is beyond terrible. How does qml accept this? The lady was working hard to get us in. Its the system not the people. Friendly service.
