I've had some bad experiences with QML, but the level of unprofessionalism and just plain rudeness I experienced today tops them all. I entered the clinic to get respiratory swabs which included a COVID 19 test as a precaution by my doctor. I had to email through my referral which took a few minutes. Once they had received my documents they repeatedly told me that if they knew I was here for a COVID test they would have made me wait outside.
