A very inexperienced staff member, made for a more unpleasant experience than it needed to be.
I recently had a blood draw performed, and unfortunately, the experience was not satisfactory. The healthcare professional who took my blood caused significant discomfortAfter the procedure, the area became very warm and noticeably swollen. While I understand that some level of discomfort can be expected, the extent of the swelling and heat was concerning. I believe this could have been handled with more care and attention to detail. I hope this feedback helps improve future patient care.
