Open early, great staff, friendly and found the vein first time with no drama or pain
I was so scared to go for my blood test , but this asian trainy ( sorry i forgot to ask her name) she was just marvellous,so soft and kind really appreciate your work of kimdness. Thank you,wont fear going back.
I have found that QML is compassionate very friendly understanding. And take the utmost care when extracting life's living liquid.
The experience was ok except the main lady is Indian and speaks fast English and with the accent, was a bit hard to understand exactly what she was saying but professionalism was sort on
