The experience was ok except the main lady is Indian and speaks fast English and with the accent, was a bit hard to understand exactly what she was saying but professionalism was sort on
Very convenient, close to dr surgery.
I visited on Wednesday, Jan 28 at 1:45 pm for my thyroid blood test. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with one staff member. I am not mentioning any name, as I respect everyone’s privacy. I have never written something like this before, but the staff member was very rude, swearing over the phone while I was waiting outside, told rudely to use my common sense. I usually have good experiences here with other staff member who is very kind, but this visit was disappointing. I hope the clinic can focus on better ... read more
