Utterly terrible service. I arrived at 10:15am (45 mins before they close) to hand in a sample for my wife. Only 1 other person was waiting. He didn’t get seen until 10:45. He was finished at 10:55. I then waited another 10 mins before the lady came out and said ‘we’re closed now’. She knew I was waiting there and instead waited out the clock so she could go home. She then refused to take the already completed sample. Terrible service and even worse communication.

The person at qml murrumba downs finds the vein others can't. I have had nurses try 3 times and then doctors try a couple of times but never has this lass ever needed to go twice N h

Sandra, at QML at Castle Hill Medical Centre, left me in tears. She refused to do my blood test as she said I made her “shake”. Throughout the 20 minutes I sat there, I asked questions about the pathology tests I needed to do at home, followed by Sandra looking at her desktop and repeatedly looking back at me. She told me she didn’t like the way I spoke to her … asking questions ! I have no idea what I did to make her feel that way.

Have sat waiting for 1 hour and only two people have gone in. A 20 minute tea break, which she is entitled to, then followed by a 15 minute chat with the nurse. Still 2 in front of me. Clearly a busy morning but other people are busy too.

My sister recommended Sandra from QML to get my blood work done, she was amazing , she is so good at her job it was painless and she kept me calm after i explained to her I had a bad expieirence previously somewhere else. Thankyou Sandra you are an angel 😇
