Unacceptable. Do not recommend Install took more than 5 months. Required me to take a week of work over that period of time because the company did not bring the right parts and required 5 separate install days. And then an additional two days because their contractor was a no show- totaling 7 days. The shutters were installed with scratches, dents and damages. QMI said we should fix this ourselves.
QMI has been a valued partner, supplying us with beautiful door and window Security Solutions for our customers in the Southland. Their quick quoting and production process, along with prompt customer service, have helped us work effectively through the pandemic and currently. Looking forward to growing this segment of our business.
We live in the Smokey Mountains near Pigeon Forge. We decided to install QMI shutters to protect the glass windows in our log cabin. We spent over $22,000 in such projects. Within two years the mechanism in two shutters failed and could not be closed. We had one repaired, at our expense, at a cost of about $1400. The second shutter suffered the same type failure as the first. We tried to contact QMI, in writing, but they never responded to our inquiry.
