Great modern office and manufacturing Facility. Showroom has lots of samples available to view and a massive screen playing videos about products. There are multiple large, technologically advanced meeting spaces and the people there are top notch.
Terrible company, do not recommend QMI if customer service is important to you. Long lead times, lousy support, shoddy product, and impossible to get ahold of in a timely manner. Stay far away.
Looking for replacement parts for a security shutter. Dominick F. a service coordinator quoted me $19.86 for a replacement part. Not bad, then attached was $25.00 shipping, a bit high for the size of the item, and a $75.00 management fee. Which I was told is not a one time fee, but attached to any parts order. I would look elsewhere for your shutters to begin with if they make purchasing parts to repair their product this difficult.
