I have dealt with this company plenty of times with my mother. Every time I walk into their office or talk to them on the phone I am always treated with respect and professionalism. I just got a Stannah Installed for my mother who had another brand before. Needless to say this is way better than the one she use to have. The evaluation was a pleasant experience, and the installation was over in no time. I will highly recommend this company to anyone.
