QMC, INC Real Estate management company is a company I have used to rent from. Big mistake! The owner promised to give us new carpet after we were complaining the emtire first two months. Carpet is discusting and I am just wondering if there is a law on how old carpets have to be before they are not acceptable as safe or unhealthy. Needless to say we never got the new carpet so i moved after 7 months. QMC, inc rental office then charged me 110.00 for carpets to be cleaned saying we WERE EXCESSIVE IN DIRT!
