Matt’s rent vesting knowledge is above and beyond anyone else I had encountered. I am new to the investment property world and Matt made it extremely easy for me with his analysis and break down of why and when things need to happen. Can not fault any of his guidance and will definitely continue to work with him in the future.
Unfortunately this review needs to be changed to a 1 star. We signed a fixed price contract for a property purchased through Matthew, which the developer later tried to extort an extra $80k for. The developer then unilaterally terminated the contract (likely to take advantage of the rallying property market and to onsell for a higher price to someone else).
