very poor organisation for my tractor. had purchase a ford tractor and organise transport to pick up was told the tractor is ready for pickup then when transport arrive the part wasn't even there with the tractor, transport waited for 1.5 hrs didn't arrive. then left and got the tractor late afternoon. very disappointed, if you don't have the tractor ready for transport don't tell the transport to come pickup. paid extra dollars for waiting.
