WORST USED CARS GARAGE in QUEENSLAND!!! Terrible place to buy a car from, cars are not worth the money. Had car for 8 months, sent back for repair 3 times and same fault now happened again not interested. Also found out when repair was done it was a used part that they used to temporarily fix it. If you want a car that is a non runner after 3 months and very poor service this is the place for you. Would not recommend to anybody in fact would recommend staying as far away from them as possible.
I bought a good quality WV hatchback,for a fair price. After a few months the engine needed changing twice so we claimed most of it on insurance and now it feels like a brand new car. Bared and his ppl really looked after me, and made sure my vehicle was safe to drive for a woman! Thanks so much!
To Avoid !! Worst experience ever. I went there based on the good reviews I read and bought a car. Exactly after a month and therefore the end of the warranty, I had to bring it to a mechanic who told me they put an additive in the water to hide the problem of the head gasket. Just enough so that the car could run until the end of the warranty ! I had to dump it and lost 6000$. Don't get fooled
Actually NO STARS!!! WARNING.....DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM QLD USED CARS!!! THEY RIPPED ME OFF $12000!!! I BOUGHT A CAR FOR 12K AND IT BROKE DOWN WITHIN 5 WEEKS!!! WHEN I RANG THEM THEY REFUSED TO FIX IT OR AT LEAST HAVE A LOOK AT IT!!! 12 GRAND DOWN THE DRAIN!!! How PATHETIC!!! They make their money by ripping off their customers, and with thousands. I'm only a pensioner at I saved up the money for 5 and a half years!!! I can't afford to fix it. Im sure I'm not the only one.
