Fantastic staff, there to help not hinder. Thank you to Dr Hunt and his amazing staff for making life liveable. I also wanted to mention the new AI voicemail assistant you’ve introduced. It was very easy to use and left me feeling reassured that my message would be reviewed by the right member of your team. It’s a huge improvement over the phone simply ringing out with no answer or indication that anything would happen next. It’s a thoughtful addition that really improves the patient experience. Well done Team!!!
This place was a lifesaver. After getting dropped by my other Dr because I’d gone too long between injections Dr Hunt took me on as a patient. He’s very no nonsense but listens & doesn’t muck around. The pharmacists are also great. Dr is bulk billed. ps. If you’re on the wait list keep calling them as I did and they just happened to have a spot open the day I called!
