Terrible rescheduling policy with no tolerance for cancelation two days before a physio appointment. Charging someone a full fee for not being able to attend is not ethical, (and what about legal?) especially when more than 24h notice is provided. Would definitely never go back.
Please be careful! I Went to Dr Trina Kellar for stomach issues, fatigue, bloating, and feeling super tired after eating and recent panic attacks and allergy reactions after certain foods. She then diagnosed me with an eating disorder even though I have no problems with food and referred me to a psychologist team and I felt like I was crazy. This centre and its wonderful people are absolutely life saving. There's caring and helpful Bella on reception who immediately makes you feel at ease, and nurse practitioner Deena who is the very definition of compassionate, knowledgeable professionalism, along with amazing specialist physios. I was facing painful surgery, but with their help I have improved so much I may never need it, and now they're assisting my mother with equal care, gentleness, and skill. While the clinicians are helpful, reception is patchy and their phone lines and email constantly have issues and there is no voicemail function. For example, I was just charged a cancellation fee (under the threat of them handing the debt over to a collections agency on the first invoice) for an appointment I missed after trying to contact them multiple times within appropriate timeframes to request switching the appointment to telehealth - and then missing out on getting any benefit from the appointment due to this gap in t... read more
