Exercise caution when dealing with QLD 4x4. I expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle and was encouraged by Paul to leave a fully refundable deposit, despite no contract being signed. A week later, I returned with a friend experienced in cars, who pointed out visible paint issues on the bonnet and roof. Paul became noticeably agitated by the questions about the paintwork and stated that if I chose not to proceed with the purchase, he would not refund the deposit and stated that he was willing to be taken to court! Our experience purchasing a 4x4 for our business with this car dealer was seamless. We had our mechanic inspect the vehicle and he came up with a list of items to fix. A couple of the items weren't roadworthy issues but Queensland 4x4 fixed them anyway. Two tyres needed replacing for roadworthy but they replaced all four tyres with near new premium Bridgestone tyres. We've now had the vehicle for 5 months without any issues. Lied about condition of car. Obvious steering issue, worn rotors, mis fire, dents and the list goes on. Just another lying stereo typical used car scammer. GO ELSEWHERE.
