Had the arm hit my truck and the car wash automatically shut off when I called management they gladly fixed is and sent me though the wash I had again
Overall a decent touch free wash. But I'd agree with the other reviewer on the order of operations regarding the foam polish. Seems dumb to put it on before the actual wash cycle runs. Basically a waste of foam. The wash itself was ok. Good coverage on most cycles - though the initial underbody spray is weak. I'm also not a big fan of the pull through dryer. It's ... fine. $11 car wash, perfect.
Just about every time I use the automatic bays in this car wash they always leave something dirty or untouched. I’ve also had the cash machine take my money and then never give me a wash… I specifically use the automatic bays for the triple foam polish and there’s issues with it - 1.They add the polish before the wash which doesn’t work as well (why would you put polish on while the car is still dirty?) 2.If you select the triple foam polish option in the middle automatic bay it just does not do it.
