Really disappointing massage and even worse customer service. First I was welcomed by a lady who looked bothered to see another customer. I was then taken to a room and had to wait over 15 min in the freezing cold. The massage was below average and when it was time to pay, the massage was more expensive than what they advertise at the door with the excuse that I wanted it strong, come on! Then if that was not enough I was told 20% tip minimum. Never again!
I have been going here for a while and loved the place, but lately I notice they had a high turn over rate of massasuess ,this is a red flag ,the quality of new hires havent been up to par
Just horrible Attitude and didn’t even bother to treat the customer with respect and was so rude
I so enjoy my message. It was clean but very small room. I do recommend it if you need a good message.
