Let me share my experience at their cafeteria. One of the workers lacked hospitality. While purchasing my snacks, I politely asked for a bag and a receipt, and the worker tossed them onto the counter.
The receptionist. Wow! She really hates her job. She just assumed my needs, and she just told me come back later. I didn’t even said my needs. Really bad.
Mental health staff and medical staff need to be better managed and more empathetic. They treat Inuit people insensitively at times. They need to mind their energies when dealing with all patients, they need to learn to be more respectful to the Inuit locals.
