The receptionist. Wow! She really hates her job. She just assumed my needs, and she just told me come back later. I didn’t even said my needs. Really bad.
Mental health staff and medical staff need to be better managed and more empathetic. They treat Inuit people insensitively at times. They need to mind their energies when dealing with all patients, they need to learn to be more respectful to the Inuit locals.

From security to doctors to nurses, everyone was absolutely amazing, considerate and helpful. Would have child delivered there again!
