I've only attended a few classes but have noticed benefits. The Tai Chi Qigong classes at Noble Park have helped strengthen my arthritic joints as well as improving my emotional wellbeing.
This is my second term and Michael is very good instructor who gives great classes. I'll be back for more good vibes!
I took Qi Gong classes online with Michael for several years, starting during COVID lockdown. Each session, we warmed up together and then did a set of Qi Gong exercises, usually to music. Qi Gong has helped my balance and flexibility, and is also helpful for relaxation! Michael is always professional and he can adapt the exercises to meet a wide range of physical abilities. I highly recommend classes with him and I am sorry to see our sessions end. But alas, I live on the other side of the world!
I would recommend Michael's Tai Chi Qigong classes which leave you feeling destressed and relaxed even after the first class. Anyone of age and physical abilities can do Qigong.
Classes conducted by Michael are a pleasure to attend and very enjoyable. I look forward to them each Sunday at Dandenong Oasis.
