I was very disappointed with my experience at this sauna. The facilities were not clean, and the overall maintenance was poor. Staff were unprofessional and did not address concerns when raised. For the price charged, I expected much better service and hygiene. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place. Customer service was also below average. I won’t be returning. Save your money and go elsewhere.

All I want to say is that a 45-minute massage was priced like a 120-minute session. I called beforehand to inquire about the price and tip, but at the end, the masseuse implied that she was forcing me to tip $30! Furthermore, I mentioned beforehand where I felt uncomfortable, but later on, she used very little pressure. Also, without my request, the masseuse skipped some areas of the massage.
