Never again. I have been a loyal customer that has easily spent over 5k on the last 5 years I was entitled to 10 min free so I said deduct the bill by 10 dollars it is the same. The owner said no only 10 min free Needles to say they just lost 5k in revenue over the next few years over 10 dollars. in addition they push Chinese medicine on back for 10 dollars which I agreed to. The masseuse used about 4 drops on me so needless to say never agree to this Terrible business decision I will never be back in this place of business ... read more
Good masseur but this place has a lousy business model. They tell you a price but then they grab a bottle of oil, use a little bit and charge you $10 extra. WTH?! Tell me if I'm mistaken, but oil COMES WITH a massage! Never heard of charging extra for it. So after gouging you $10 extra then they have the nerve to push you to give a $5 tip in addition for a 15 or 20 minute massage in a chair. Been going there for a while but after my last visit they really only focused on my neck and shoulders and now it hurts to move my right shoulder even stretching is painful now have to put icy hot on it for the pain
Not sure about all these reviews that say they have been coming here for years, since it is new to the Oviedo mall. But either way, they give a good massage. Been there 3 times. I plan on returning
John did a great massage. For it being my first massage ever it was so good. The chair massage was so good that I did the foot massage and fell asleep. I'll definitely go back and have another nap.
