I don't know what happened to Dr.cai and by looking at the reviews, i'm not the only one. I've seen her for 3 years and she was wonderful and took me seriously. I just had my appointment today. She completely cut me off and told me it was in my head and it was anxiety. And I need to have positive thinking. I've been experiencing anemic like symptoms. I have only seen Dr. Qai Twice and the second time Ive seen her I felt my appointment was very rushed and my health concerns were not taken seriously or addressed properly. I have HS and aware of flare ups and the day I came in it was really bad you could visibly see the redness and swelling. I could barley inform her it hurt awful bad because she was kinda cutting me off talking about other stuff or asking questions that weren't relevant at the moment. Office medical and a few nursing staff don't care about their patients. They makeup reason or dishonest about medical charges and other issues. We have had multiple issues and have decided to look for another Dr. This medical office is in disarray and seen patient family member crying because front desk refused to help them.
