Hardly ever saw my actual doctor because she was ALWAYS out with no reasoning. Would take days for them to answer my pharmacist fax for my medication that I needed daily. When I had to make an appointment to refill my prescription instead of calling or email they just ignored the fax until I finally called in response they left me on hold for a very long time and told me I had to have an appointment to have it refilled and acted as I should have know this although I had no email or phone call.
