Dr. Zhu seems knowledgable. He spends a lot of time in conversation with his patients which is rare and welcome. He is pretty good at explaining your situation and options going forward. Dr. Zhu is somewhat sarcastic and condescending, but not overly so. He is popular so appointments are over a month out. The front office is difficult and frustrating. No one answers the phone and no one returns phone calls. I received a prescription that my insurance company doesn’t cover, but I have been unable to rectify.
I've been seeing Dr. Zhu for a year and he is always straight to the point, which I greatly appreciate. He ordered a sleep apnea test, diagnosed the results quickly and has been very informative about how to use the CPAP.
This was my first visit meeting with Dr. Zhu. After my visit he explained my diagnose and expressed his concerns and what steps needed to be taken to provide me with the best treatment. The 2 front desk office assistants are so kind and very sweet. The intake assistant was very sweet and gentle in taking my vitals. The office is a very peaceful stress free area. The waiting time was perfect overall I was extremely happy with there service. I am very blessed to be able to continue my health care with Dr. Zhu.
