The worst massage I've ever had. Had to ask to go harder and it was like being massaged by a child. The whole time he massaged with 1 hand and he clearly couldn't be bothered trying. Clumsy, lazy and bad mannered. He did loud burps the entirty of the massage. Will not go back and advise others to stay away!
This was the worst experience I've had at this place. No one could speak English, and one Chinese lady was rude and annoying to me because I couldn't speak Chinese. Please hire someone who can speak English, at least in Australia!
Very bruised and sore!! Worst and most painful massage I’ve ever had. Asked for Package 5. Did not receive the hot stone massage as stated in package. After asking to please be softer I was ignored and the pressure only got worse. It has been 2 days and I have bruises all over my body. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
There are quite a few negative reviews for this place. Please remember that an Australian recognised Diploma of Remedial Massage is not found in these kind of places. They don't know 'duty of care'. If you want care and professionalism, please seek out qualified professionals that are registered with a legitimate Australian recognised Diploma.
I tried the neck, shoulders, arms, and hands massage today at the Spencer Outlet branch near Starbucks, hoping to relax a bit. But instead of feeling better, I ended up feeling more sore. Right from the start, I told the masseuse that I preferred a gentler pressure, but the entire time, it felt more like I was being punched than massaged. I kept saying “ouch” and telling her it hurt, but she didn’t really listen or adjust. Honestly, it felt like a waste of money.
