Lidia pulled me out of that dark pain hole that I had ER’d myself a couple of days prior for acute sciatica problems. She’s amazing with the applied cupping and acupuncture, targeted needling, scraping, pressure and breathing techniques. She gave me that sort of 30% relief that I needed off of that first visit. Dr Lidia is amazing!! She takes such great care of my body, which is so important since I ask a lot of it. Not only is she incredibly skilled at what she does, but she truly listens to my needs and works with me to find the best solutions. Every session leaves me feeling balanced, refreshed and supported. Lidia is fantastic. I have been to many acupuncturists and by far Lidia takes more time with one on one that I have ever had. Every acupuncturist I have gone to in the past works on multiple patients at a time. However with Lidia the whole appointment is dedicated to you!
