Very nice staff. A nurse helped make my daughter feel right at home and made her a balloon animal out of a blue glove. The doctor and his assistant also did a great job. Thank you very much

The staff here are extremely kind and work hard. Although the emegency room was a 5 hour wait we appreciated and saw first hand the pressures of the shortage of family doctors. The Dr took excellent care of my husbands wound and educated us on the importance of coming to take care of this as infection can set in very quickly and then you are in a more serious situation.

Horrible. I get you have to be patient and that it takes hours in ER’s. But not even being acknowledged for hours on end is brutal. When all I can hear are the rude nurses all laughing with each other while I’m over here in complete agony is so wrong. The least they could do is ask how I am doing or tell me what was going on and when I would be seen. But not a single one of those old hags said a word. Not to mention the dirty sheets they had me on from the person before me. TRASH.
