This review is tough to write because Quinn was always quick to respond and helped us choose a great paint color. We truly appreciated that part of the process and understand that no project is ever 100% perfect. He was one of the more expensive quotes we got, but we went with him because we got the best “vibe” from him. Unfortunately, our overall experience left us extremely disappointed. While I was quite impressed with Quinn, I was disappointed with our job. In our contract, it stated that vertical cracks and gaps would be caulked (see quote screenshot) and that all siding boards would be replaced that needed it. I pointed out the ones I knew about but was relying on them to tell me what boards needed to be replaced (see email screenshot). As you can see in the pictures from our chimney inspector today (3 weeks after painting), there was no caulk replaced at all and there are at least 8 more boards we found... read more
