Quentin was amazing. So helpful and knowledgeable and we got an appointment straight away.
I took my car to a Mazda dealer who told me that I needed a new capacitor - cost of $5000. I did not share this information with Quentin at QC Auto because I wanted an independent 2nd assessment. Quentin toiled over it and suspected it was the capacitor but he wasn’t 100% sure. He did further diagnostics and determined it was a dud starter motor, not the capacitor. I couldn't be happier with the service from Q and his team. From the first phone call, their communication was excellent and they kept me informed the whole way through. They were able to book my car in the very next day to replace the A/C compressor, which I really appreciated. The team was efficient, professional and had my car back to me quickly. It's hard to find honest, reliable service these days, but Q and his team definitely delivered. I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto A/C repairs. Thanks again!
