Unbeknownst to myself, I received one of those quickly, mass produced treadmills courtesy of the pandemic. After about 2 months of daily use, it died all the sudden, mid run. I was able to get a hold of ICON, the treadmill company, who routed me to QFIT, which is where John and I quickly established a running weekly service appointment. I have a water rower that "sprung a leak". After finding that there was no national repair agent, I found QFIT Services. Stevo was an excellent find. He searched high and low world wide for the relevant parts and at a fair price. Throughout this searching he was constantly communicating with me. The final outcome is that the rower is fixed and working. Thanks Stevo, you run a very good business. I highly recommend this man.
We used QFIT Services to fix our treadmill which a competitor was unable to repair. Stevo, from QFIT, diagnosed the issue in 15 minutes and fixed it on the spot. Our treadmill has been working fine ever since. We were so happy. Highly recommended.
