Unprofessional and disrespectful pharmacist. I called 2 hours ahead to check on the status of a refill that wasn't showing up in my online profile and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. But when I arrived hours later they hadn't even put in my insurance yet. Wasted 1.5 hours of my time. After making me wait almost an hour, the pharmacist then stated, in no uncertain terms, that it was going to be impossible to get my medication even with a prior authorization - as if I'm supposed to do something with that information.... read more
They are slow they are uninformed about anything going on with my prescriptions they take personal phone calls over helping people all around horrible experience I'll never use them again
