AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! had a prescription sent in, pharmacy staff came back and told me I needed a preauthorization. Doctor sent in the papers, after 2 1/2 weeks of being tossed around, called my insurance to see what was going on, no preauthorization needed. QFC never even tried to run it. 2 1/2 weeks without my pain pills because they assumed and didn’t even try. WOW.
