I visited the deli department where I encountered a beastly looking woman yelling at poor Eric who seem to be doing his job the best he could with her. I asked another employee about her who replied jokingly "Waiting To Hear The Whips and Chains", She is the manager; A beastly looking woman with tattoos on her right wrist. Great produce and bulk sections, plus fuel center. Best part - the friendly employees.
Nobody beats the Stanwood QFC when it comes to quality and service in our community! The service here is the most friendly service at any store in the Puget Sound you're going to get nothing but a big smile and top service here! Management is excellent very customer oriented! The deli counter impressive the cheese counter unique and the meat counter and seafood counter are the best entire area!.. definitely five stars!
I love QFC and the people working there.....just don't like it when I go to the gas station and high pressure sales people rush over to try to get you to buy car polish or whatever it is.......just want to pump my gas, be left alone, and get back into my car!!
I am hoping someone from customer service reviews my post because I visited Stanwood a couple months ago and it has a dirty feeling about it. I came in around 6:00 pm and went to the Deli for some food. First of all, the two people behind the counter were chatting and I had to interrupt them to get served. Kelly the seafood manager is amazing. She is a manager for a reason she takes responsibility and does not take things personal she makes items right for the customer and hands-down went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Kelly you truly have taken great care of your customer !!!
