ATI Restoration came out on a same day service request thru my insurance company. This company is by far the best customer service company I have used. Brent and Jim came out and check and rechecked my home for water leaks. My house is only 2 years old. I had an issue where I needed someone to help me on a Saturday because of my office was getting rain water due to the heavy rain. I called Jim and he helped me out as to what I needed to do. I can't say enough wonderful things about ATI Restoration and how they helped us during a very tough time with our building. The crew in the Orlando branch were the utmost professionals. I have never had such fantastic response times with any vendor, and from the first phone call to the completion of our drying out, they were with us every step of the way - an odd comfort when you're juggling many balls.
