BUYER BEWARE! This company DOES NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY.. They issued a determination letter without ever seeing the product defect. I have buckling floors and received a determination letter that said they were not warrantied because of direct sunlight. The floors that are defective are not in direct sunlight, but this company would not know because they never came to our home. I emailed twice and called Jill Source, VP of Customer Service, and the person that made the bogus determination. No return email and no phone call... read more
