I only give a 2 stars because the nursing staff are under pressure. My husband took our daughter into emergency in the morning there were only 5 other people in emergency but after 4 hours of people been put first he left, after about a month of extreme ear infections and going to emergency care and doctors they were are last hope, but I guess not bad enough to be seen also she seemingly was fast tracked, what a joke
Great experiences with the ED at Charles Gairdner so far with my eye, breathing and skin urgent care . Dr Hayden was great and efficient and the clerks and nurses are always as effective as they can be with the funding provided. Wait times are relatively shorter for the priority matters.
Wonderful staff, they looked after my husband so well
