The Charleston, SC location is poorly managed. Team members up & leave frequently due to poor or rude management.
They kept giving me the wrong information, offering deals and then taking it back. Every person I spoke to had different pricing and specifically there one was one guy who was very rude and sassy.
We just had QEI security installed and installer Sean Wolfle of Lexington has been great. He was very thorough with all the explanations about the system and made sure we are satisfied on how everything is set up. Thank you, Sean!
Sean Wolfe arrived promptly along with a trainee. They were both courteous and extremely professional. They set everything up and explained everything to us so we were comfortable with our equipment and services.
