Do not use this company if there is ANY possible way you will have ANY sort of a life change in 5 years. I was told I would be taking over a contract from the previous homeowner for a term of 3 years. They ended up putting me on a new contract of 5 years (they write 60 months so it’s not as easily noticeable)- congrats to them, they got 2 years out of the previous homeowner and now an extra 5 from me. I ended up having a major life change after the 3 years and now am having to short term rent my home and therefore cannot use... read more
