This place is going under and the higher-ups know it. They're just milking what they can before they have to find a real job. This plant runs on 15ish people doing the physical monkey work while 3-4 people are paid to arbitrarily tap a keyboard and act as glorified babysitters. Who wouldn't want a job where you're given 8-12 hours to do 1 hour's worth of "work"? Worked here as a temp located in Dexter, MI to find lots of internal corruption, employees are not treated with respect! Company does not reinforce the handbook or procedures. Equipment is not tested with ISO standards. Lack of management reviewing the building of products sending out potenially bad equipment. Don't waste your time, revolving door with multiple temps coming & going. Temps don't get hired in if you talk to management about problems to strengthen the company using common sense.
